RAMLAH was created to hold that feeling.

Its flowing brown and cream pattern reflects the layers of the desert, where every line in the sand tells a different story. Just like no two journeys leave the same trail, no two RAMLAH burners are exactly alike. Each piece is finished by hand, giving it its own markings, character and story.

• The marble-effect pattern and its placement will vary between burners. No two pieces will look exactly the same.
• The shade of brown may appear slightly different in person due to lighting, photography and individual screen settings.
• As the marble-effect wrap is applied by hand, small imperfections, joins or slight variations may be visible. These are part of its handmade character and are not considered faults.

Safety & Care

• The burner and its metal lid can become extremely hot during use. Do not touch, lift or move them until they have cooled completely.
• Always place the burner on a stable, flat and heat-resistant surface.
• Never leave burning charcoal or bakhoor unattended.
• Keep away from children, pets, draughts and flammable materials. Use only in a well-ventilated space.
• The natural oils released from bakhoor may leave marks or stains on the metal lid. These can usually be wiped away gently with a soft cloth once the burner is completely cool and safe to handle.
• Keep the metal parts clean and dry. Exposure to oils, moisture, humidity or unsuitable storage conditions may naturally cause tarnishing or rust over time. DKHOON DIARIES is not responsible for rust or discolouration resulting from use, moisture, storage conditions or normal wear.

تموّجاتها البنية والكريمية مستوحاة من طبقات رمل الصحراء، حيث كل خط يحكي حكاية غير. ومثل ما كل درب على الرمل له أثره الخاص، ما في قطعتين من مدخن رملة متطابقات تماماً. كل قطعة تتشطب يدوياً، عشان يكون لها طابعها وتفاصيلها وحكايتها الخاصة.

قطعة صغيرة من الدار، للحظات اللي ودّكم تبقى في الذاكرة.

ملاحظات مهمة

• نقشات التصميم الرخامي وتوزيعها تختلف من مدخن للثاني، وعشان جي ما بتكون كل القطع متطابقة تماماً.
• درجة اللون البني ممكن تبين مختلفة شوي في الواقع بسبب الإضاءة والتصوير وإعدادات الشاشة.
• بما إن الطبقة الرخامية تنحط يدوياً، ممكن تكون فيها اختلافات بسيطة أو أماكن وصل أو عيوب خفيفة في التشطيب. هالتفاصيل جزء طبيعي من طابع القطعة اليدوي وما تعتبر عيب في المنتج.
• مدخن رملة غير قابل للاسترجاع أو استرداد المبلغ بعد الشراء. يرجى الاطلاع على الشروط والأحكام قبل تأكيد الطلب، من دون ما يأثر هذا على أي حقوق يضمنها لكم القانون.

السلامة والعناية

• المدخن والغطاء المعدني ممكن يصيرون حارين وايد وقت الاستخدام. لا تلمسونهم ولا ترفعونهم أو تحركونهم لين يبردون بالكامل.
• حطوا المدخن دايماً على سطح ثابت ومستوٍ ومقاوم للحرارة.
• لا تخلون الفحم أو البخور مشتعل من دون مراقبة.
• يُحفظ بعيد عن الأطفال والحيوانات الأليفة والمواد القابلة للاشتعال، ويُستخدم في مكان فيه تهوية زينة.
• الزيوت الطبيعية اللي تطلع من البخور ممكن تترك علامات أو بقع على الغطاء المعدني. غالباً تنمسح بسهولة بقطعة ناعمة عقب ما يبرد المدخن بالكامل ويكون آمن للمس.
• حافظوا على القطع المعدنية نظيفة وجافة. الزيوت أو الرطوبة أو التخزين غير المناسب ممكن يسبب تغيّر في اللون أو صدأ طبيعي مع الوقت. DKHOON DIARIES غير مسؤولة عن الصدأ أو تغيّر اللون الناتج عن الاستخدام أو الرطوبة أو طريقة التخزين أو الاستهلاك الطبيعي.
