Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Charges

Customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, handling fees, customs clearance fees, or any other charges imposed by customs authorities or government agencies in the destination country.

These charges are not included in product prices or shipping costs unless expressly stated otherwise.

DKHOON DIARIES has no control over customs procedures and is not responsible for customs delays, customs inspections, customs clearance processes, confiscations, import restrictions, or any additional fees, taxes, or charges imposed by customs authorities. Any such charges must be paid by the customer.

Shipping & Delivery

Once an order has been processed and handed over to the shipping carrier, ownership and responsibility for delivery are transferred to the carrier, and delivery times become estimates only.

While DKHOON DIARIES will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with shipment tracking, carrier investigations, and communication regarding lost or delayed parcels, we cannot guarantee the actions, performance, or decisions of third-party delivery providers.

DKHOON DIARIES shall not be liable for delays, service interruptions, failed delivery attempts, lost parcels, stolen parcels, customs-related delays, or any other issues arising after the order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses may be subject to additional shipping and handling charges before being re-dispatched.

By placing an order with DKHOON DIARIES, the customer acknowledges and accepts responsibility for all shipping-related risks, customs charges, import fees, and carrier-related delays that may occur after dispatch.

الرسوم الجمركية والضرائب

يتحمل العميل وحده مسؤولية جميع الرسوم الجمركية والضرائب وضريبة القيمة المضافة ورسوم التخليص الجمركي أو أي رسوم أخرى تفرضها الجهات المختصة في بلد الاستلام.

هذه الرسوم غير مشمولة في أسعار المنتجات أو رسوم الشحن ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك صراحةً.

ولا تتحمل DKHOON DIARIES أي مسؤولية عن التأخير الناتج عن إجراءات الجمارك أو التخليص الجمركي أو المصادرة أو أي رسوم إضافية تفرضها السلطات المختصة.

الشحن والتوصيل

بمجرد تجهيز الطلب وتسليمه إلى شركة الشحن، تصبح أوقات التوصيل وخدمات الشحن خاضعة لإجراءات وسياسات شركة الشحن.

ورغم أن DKHOON DIARIES ستبذل جهودًا معقولة لمساعدة العملاء في تتبع الشحنات والتواصل مع شركة الشحن بشأن الطرود المفقودة أو المتأخرة، إلا أننا لا نستطيع ضمان أداء أو قرارات شركات الشحن الخارجية.

ولا تتحمل DKHOON DIARIES المسؤولية عن تأخير الشحن أو انقطاع الخدمة أو فشل التوصيل أو فقدان الطرود أثناء وجودها لدى شركة الشحن.

يتحمل العميل مسؤولية التأكد من صحة واكتمال بيانات الشحن المقدمة عند الطلب. وقد تُفرض رسوم شحن إضافية على الطلبات المرتجعة بسبب عنوان غير صحيح أو غير مكتمل قبل إعادة إرسالها.
